I worked a small glass bottle.
Inside: lace, beads and an old sheet of paper. It became a "cartouche" with tiny secrets inside.
To close it, I soldered , then i put rhinestones that catch 1000 idescent flashes .
Oh.My.Goodness! That is such a great design, Esther! I love the lush romantic feeling that it evokes. I can believe that you found this in the drawer of an antique armoire from some mysterious woman who lived and loved in the 1700s! Brilliant! Enjoy the day! Profitez de la journee! Erin
my sentiments echo the ladies... the cartouche adds beauty and mystery... and the rest is just so perfectly, femininely you... wonderful idea and design!
How stunning. I think you have captured all the exotic sights, sounds, smells and emotions of a young princess in the Sultan's court. During the time in Persia when men professed their love by creating magnificent pieces of art for the woman they loved. Think the taj mahal! :)
Thank you little sister for a wonderful trip into your imagination!!
Hi Esther, Beautiful necklace - I purchased 50 of those tiny bottles myself and thought I would like to add something to them to make a vial for precious things. Your creation is even more beautiful than I could have imagined when I picked them up. Thank you for the inspiration and sharing your creativity - talent.talent.talent! Hugs - Julie
Well, difficult to add something new to what had been said here ! My feeling about this gorgeous necklace is just "quelle elegance" ! Love the idea of the little bottle you transform in a such lovely cartouche. One more time, great work Sweetie !
How very sweet, Esther. I love the idea of placing your secrets inside of this great little world of wonder. And of course I love the rhinestones. Very nice! Ta Ta Diana
