tic-tack

Here is my entry for the friendly challenge proposed by Erin "treasures found, inspiration is everywhere" "Inspired by...Hardware Stores"

From this simple long tack I have developed a pair of earrings.

freshwater beads, seed beads and green & white shells . Strange no?
******************************************************************

Here is what I started from rusty wire (varnished, not unsightly discoloration on the skin)

I enjoyed doing the sort of nest in the center. I think continue making more of these nests / rings, created last night I do not know how!

Thank you for all your lovely comments on my last post !! i'm so glad!!
à bientôt!!

The earrings are grrrrrrrrrreat! (you really 'nailed' the design) and you got my immediate attention with rusty wire.
Both pieces are beautiful

These are really wonderful, Esther! I am so happy to have been an inspiration to you. I hope we have loads more people joining in the fun. Your nail earrings are my favorite. I love the way that you used the form of the nails to make the design. I wouldn't even know they were nails if you hadn't told me! You are a brilliant designer my dear! Enjoy the day!
Profitez de la journee!

How wonderfully imaginative!!! Isn't fun to coax beauty out of even the most common workday items!!??

I think I must try to find time to play along with Erin's challenges!!
